If clinically appropriate, a provider may issue a prescription, which a licensed pharmacy would fulfill. Treatment is never guaranteed.

Prescription Eyelash Growth
Some prescription treatments are used to increase eyelash growth. Because they are prescription products, they aren't available off the shelf: a healthcare provider evaluates a person's health background first and decides whether a treatment is appropriate for them.
That evaluation is the point of an assessment like this one — to gather the information a provider would need before making any decision.
